Cloud Backup

We copy the part of a file that is different between the source and target allowing network administrators to backup gigabytes of data every day without sacrificing network bandwidth. Data encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
Before running backups, we can detect if the machine was recently infected with a ransomware virus. The Administrator is alerted via email if such an infection is detected and new backups are aborted, saving the previously backed up data.
Our agent can be installed on any operating system including Microsoft Windows, Linux, MacOSX, BSD and UNIX, even supports containerization.
Each and every one of our customers receives personalised assistance from our dedicated support team in case of Disaster Recovery.

Ransomware Prevention | Before starting backups, we check for recent ransomware infections. If detected, the administrator is notified by email, and new backups are stopped to protect existing data.
Data Encryption | HTTPS secures the communication channel, while AES encryption protects files on the server from unauthorized access. We encrypt files with AES, accessible only with a password key.
HTTP | Data is transferred via HTTP(S), a firewall-friendly protocol that most companies allow, enabling seamless operation without extra firewall configuration.
Incremental Backup | We only copy the changed portions of a file, enabling network administrators to back up gigabytes daily without using excessive bandwidth.
Cloud Snapshots | You can optionally create snapshots of your backed-up data to public cloud services, such as Amazon S3, Google Storage, or Microsoft Azure.
Scheduling | This built-in service allows backups to run in the background, even when users are logged out.
Versioning | Automatically keep multiple versions of a backed-up file on the server, with previous versions stored as file deltas to minimize disk usage while allowing restoration of any older version.
Compression | We use smart compression to reduce data size before transfer. If compression has minimal effect, files are sent as-is to save CPU resources. For instance, a 10MB MP3 won’t compress much, but a 10MB text file can be reduced to under 1MB.
Email Notifications | A backup log with the list of backed-up files is emailed to the user.
Easy to Install | We will help you install and configure the backup through best practices. If you´d like to do it yourself an interactive wizard will guide you through setup, and within minutes, your clients or colleagues can start transferring files. |
