1. INFORMATION FOR USERS

Responsible for the processing of personal data

Purposes of the processing of personal data

  • To process orders, requests or any type of inquiry submitted by the user. (Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the person responsible, art. 6.1.f GDPR)
  • To deal with queries, requests or orders sent by users. (Legal basis: Legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Administrative, accounting and tax management if a service contract is formalised. (Legal basis: Execution of a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Sending commercial communications about RedzIT Consultancy services (with prior consent). (Legal basis: User consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Statistical analysis and improvement of the web experience (using analytical cookies and with prior consent). (Legal basis: Consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Likewise, personal data provided through forms - in addition to that sent through other channels for the same purpose - will be processed confidentially and in order to:

  • Managing the commercial relationship with users and customers. (Legal basis: Execution of a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Sending commercial information about our services, only if the user has given their express consent. (Legal basis: Consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).

  • Comply with our legal and tax obligations in the event of contracting services. (Legal basis: Legal obligation, art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Retention of personal data

  • Contact details: These will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the purpose of the processing and, in any case, for the applicable legal period. They will subsequently be deleted using appropriate security measures.
  • Updating data: If any changes are made to your data, please inform us in writing as soon as possible, in order to keep your data duly updated.

Communication of personal data

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except where legally obliged to do so or in the following cases:

  • Hosting and data storage providers.
  • Accounting and tax advice: Only if required for administrative management.

In the case of international data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate security measures will be applied in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Rights of data subjects

All interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. To do so, a request must be sent to contact@redzitc.com.

If it is considered that the data processing does not comply with current regulations or that rights have not been respected, a complaint may be lodged with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE DATA PROVIDED

The user guarantees that the personal data provided is true and undertakes to communicate any changes. The information marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms is mandatory to process the request. If this data is not provided, an adequate response is not guaranteed. Optional data will only be used if the user provides it voluntarily.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

REDZIT Consultancy undertakes to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), ensuring that personal data:

  • Is processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner.
  • Is adequate, relevant, and limited to the established purpose.
  • Is protected through appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and access controls.
